I wish there were more than five stars, absolutely fantastic!! I had a special request for our 12-year-old daughter to get a swim trophy made at the last minute. The business owner, Mr. Lohman said absolutely no problem and began to share several different creative design ideas. Within a short time their expert engraver Max was right on it first showing me a proof to make sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it. Beautiful craftsmanship, very prompt and friendly service, our daughter is ecstatic. I'm giving them six stars!! You have just gained a customer for life - thank you!

This place is great. They are very kind, patient and helpful. Came in to browse while waiting for my daughter dance practice was over. Saw that they do more then just trophies and awards. So mentioned I was looking for a birthday gift for my sister bday. Informed them she was a former marine and enjoyed wine tasting. They helped come up with some great suggestions. They engraved this beautiful wine bottle opener gift set with the marine eagle globe n anchor. It was done in remarkable time and price very reasonable. My first experience at the Engraving wizard was by far the most welcoming & seamless process. I went in unsure of what type of frame I wanted to have customized for my certificate and the gentleman at the front desk was so knowledgeable and helped me turn my vision into a reality. I went on Christmas Eve to Engraving Wizard to have them put a engraving on my girlfriends ring I got her. I'm in the army so my flight got cancelled so I got there the day before Christmas. I was really surprised when I called them while they were closed and they came into work to engrave on the ring I got my girlfriend. They were very nice and turned out to not be expensive at all!!! I was really surprised! I'm gonna stay with them when ever I need them for engraving. They truly go above and beyond to make their customers happy!!! Thank you Engraving Wizard!
