I'm not sure if Cinépolis pioneered the dine-in theater trend, but they certainly have been doing it right for a long time. The whole place feels premium. Now, this comes with a price tag, but it is markedly better than the big chains (even though many now offer recliners and menus as well). The food here is surprisingly good. I had a chicken tikka masala pizza! The popcorn is actually prepared and served for you fresh, so it's evenly buttered and not stale. The chairs are comfortable and extremely spacious. They're kind of arranged in pairs, so if you go with one other person, you feel like it's just the two of you, not crowded by other people. It might be a little uncomfortable to go solo. The screens are fine - this is certainly not an immersive IMAX situation, but they get the job done. Be prepared to pay a little more; I won't go see every movie here. But for a special occasion it's a fun option.

The seating there is incredibly comfortable—it honestly feels like a VIP experience. Totally worth it to order from their refill menu, which makes everything even more convenient and enjoyable. The screen is huge, so watching movies there is really fun and immersive. They also have these limited-edition popcorn buckets, which are super cute and make the whole experience feel special. Honestly, I didn’t even feel like waiting for the next movie—I could have stayed there and kept watching. It’s just that enjoyable. 🎬🍿

I am so sad. I am so sad. Why did I not take a photo while I was there? This is so bad. This is so bad but it is my mistake and not to be taken as a fence from this place know this movie theater was so great amen. Can I get an amen oh yes, I can sing it with me. People sing it loud and proud. This is what we got sing it real loud you know we are the kings the man with prayer raise up your hands and declare where your layer is, I know it’s hidden hidden in the mountains. Don’t be trifling. Don’t be sneaking up on me cause I know that you got the dang key. I know you got the truth. You’re staying in your booth. Don’t get out your lane don’t give me some pain. Tell me where you’re staying and I’ll tell you where you’re laying. Oh snap did he just go there? Oh yes he just went there. Let’s sing another round while we go downtown then we’ll go real low before we go below this flow this flow ain’t over. It’s still going onward over and over. Don’t forget how long we’ve been trying to make it to the top now that we’re here we ain’t never gonna stop!

Cinepolis Westlake is a bit of a mixed bag right now. On the positive side, the sound quality is fantastic and the staff/service is always excellent and attentive. However, the auditoriums are desperately in need of an upgrade. The seats only slightly recline, squeak loudly every time you shift your weight, and are actively falling apart. I left the theater with the physical memory of the film—and literal pieces of the chair's peeling fabric stuck to my clothes. Come for the audio, but wear clothes you don't mind getting covered in fake leather flakes.

Nice atmosphere. Strange reception. There was nobody to check my tickets and we just walked to our seats. Seemed empty except for a few people at the bar and others walking into the same movie as us. What was the biggest letdown was that we booked one of the two largest theater rooms. Except I was disappointed to see that they played the film for the smaller theater screen in a much larger room. So it was a cropped screen and you could see the blank borders around the image on all sides, not just letterbox. Finally I couldn't find prices for food and beverages online. Wish they would be more transparent about that. So here's the menu that I can not post to the photo section for some reason.

Service completely ignored us. I try to order popcorn at the counter and the employee cuts me off to tell me I order from inside the theater. I spent our entire 2.5 hour screening trying to page someone to place our order, nobody ever came. We had nothing to eat or drink the entire time. Eventually they turned off the power to my chair to stop me from paging them, and I was stuck reclined. Never coming here again. Absolutely ridiculous for a theater that charges $20 per ticket.

Very comfortable leather seats. Adjustable to recline. Went there on a not busy day of the week. Get there early so waiter can take your order for the food if you prefer. Check their menus. So far very pleasant staff. Will go back of course

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely terrible customer service. I am 18 years old and went to see an R-rated movie with friends. The manager, Jason, refused to let me in because I did not have my physical ID, even though I had a photo of it and am legally old enough to watch the movie. What made the experience even worse was Jason’s attitude. Instead of simply explaining the policy, he repeatedly commented on how young I looked and seemed to make assumptions based on my appearance. The interaction felt rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I asked about getting a refund after being denied entry, Jason told me he wasn’t going to refund me. So not only was I prevented from seeing the movie, but I was also left dealing with a manager who seemed to have no interest in helping resolve the situation. If this is how management treats paying customers, I won’t be returning. There are plenty of other theaters that know how to enforce policies without treating people disrespectfully.
